Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from Xexvalonzeliu within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original, unworn condition
  • Item has all original tags and packaging intact
  • Item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Return request is initiated within 30 days of receiving the item

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handmade and custom products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized accessories
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  • Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to our Houston location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  • Contact us to check availability of the desired item
  • Follow the return process for your original item
  • We will ship the exchange item once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery preferred)
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • You may be asked to return the damaged item

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
